1. Service Agreement

By purchasing a plan, the client agrees to all the terms stated herein. Cheap Site Hero provides website design, development, and related services only.

2. Ownership & Domain Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for purchasing, renewing, and managing their domain names. Cheap Site Hero is not liable for any domain-related issues, including expiry, transfer, or incorrect registration. Websites remain the property of Cheap Site Hero until full payment is received (except for rental plans, which remain property of Cheap Site Hero until converted).

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before website delivery (except for rental plan, paid monthly). Partial payments do not transfer ownership rights.

4. Project Timeline & Delivery

Standard delivery time: up to 72 hours after client provides all content and required information. Delays caused by the client (late content, images, revisions) may extend the delivery timeline.

5. Revisions & Modifications

Each plan includes a limited number of revisions:

• Basic Plan: 1 revision
• Business Pro: 2 revisions
• Premium Plan: 3 revisions

Additional revisions will incur extra fees.

6. Content Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate, legal, and non-infringing content (text, images, logos, videos). Cheap Site Hero is not responsible for content copyright issues.

7. Maintenance & Updates

Free maintenance applies only during the first 7 days after delivery for Basic and Business Pro. Premium and Rental plans include extended maintenance as per package description.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are only considered if Cheap Site Hero fails to deliver the agreed-upon service. No refunds for delays caused by client or third-party issues (domains, hosting). Rental plans: canceling subscription deactivates the site immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cheap Site Hero is not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or other damages arising from website use.

Emails and contact info are collected to communicate service updates, promotions, and consultations. Additional data (like uploaded files) is collected solely to complete your website project.

2. Use of Information

Client information is used only for project delivery, support, and promotional emails (if opted-in). Emails are not sold, shared, or rented to third parties.

3. Data Security

All client data is stored securely and encrypted where possible. Access is limited to authorized staff involved in project delivery.

4. Cookies & Tracking

The website may use cookies to improve user experience and monitor performance. Users can manage cookies via their browser settings.

5. Third-Party Services

Cheap Site Hero may use third-party tools (hosting, analytics, payment processors). These services have their own privacy practices.

6. Your Rights

Clients can request deletion of personal data collected by contacting support. Clients can opt out of promotional communications anytime.

7. Policy Updates

Cheap Site Hero reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Updates will be reflected on the website, and continued use indicates acceptance.
